Chat Spamming - Messages that have repeated characters or copy-pastas with intention of filling chat is not allowed.

Chat Bypass - Bypassing the chat filter is not allowed.

Political or Religious Discussion - Due to these topics creating unnecessary drama in chat, any political or religious discussion is prohibited.

Impersonation - Anyone caught using a staff member's name, nickname, or attempting to persuade others into believing you are someone you’re not is not allowed.

Staff Disruption - Any malicious attempt to expose a staff member or cause a disruption while they are in vanish mode will resort in an Index II.

Index III | 1st - 1d Ban, 2nd - 3d Ban, 3rd - 7d Ban, 4th - 14d Ban, 5th - 30d Ban |

Harassment - Creating drama, negative discussion about a player, or creating misinformation about a player to ruin their experience is not allowed.

Inappropriate Display - Any sexual, derogatory, anti-religious, or hateful builds are not allowed.

Claim Spacing - A minimum distance of 50 blocks is required between separate player claims unless both parties agree otherwise.

Barricading - Blocking another players claim by but not limited to building trenches, walls, spamming blocks, or making it difficult for a player to access their own claim is not allowed.

In-Game Scamming - Failing to deliver an item or currency for a trade with another player is in game scamming (Misleading auction house listings, creating fake currency by renaming, misleading names in chests or shulkers).

IRL Threats - Threatening a player out of game is not allowed.

Index IV | 1st - 7d Ban, 2nd - 14d Ban, 3rd - 30d Ban, 4th - 6mo Ban, 5th - Exile |

Discrimination - Any attempt to marginalize or disrespect someone based on their ethnicity, race, sexuality, or gender is not allowed.

Malicious Bug Abuse - Creating and or using a bug to create a competitive advantage against other players is prohibited (Can Be Exiled).

Non-Malicious Advertising - Sharing server IP's or Discord invites without prior approval will receive punishment.

Inappropriate Names / Nicks - Staff have discretion to ask a player to change their name at any point. Refusal to change name/nick will result in an Index IV warn.

Claim Exploiting - Claims are intended for active building and use. Claims made solely to prevent other players from expanding or to grief are not allowed. If a claim is made with intent to build in it later on, you may own an empty claim for a max of 7 days.

Griefing - Griefing any claimed territory is not allowed. Griefing unclaimed territory is okay.

Alt Abuse - Using more than 2 accounts at once is considered Alt Abuse.

Teleport Trapping - Teleporting someone to you with intended malice.

Hacked Clients - We allow the use of some clients if they are used with the intent of increasing game quality. Clients used maliciously for player advantage are prohibited
